Mr. Ashish Kumar is the President- Chief Legal Counsel & Group Company Secretary(KMP) of the Company. He leads the secretarial, compliance, legal, and CSR functions of the organization.


He holds a Commerce Graduate degree from the University of Delhi and has completed the Executive Programme in Business Management from IIM, Calcutta. Mr. Kumar is also a fellow of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, holds an L.L.B. degree, and has attained the degree of Master in Laws (L.L.M.).


Prior to joining the Company, he was associated with various organizations including DLF Universal Limited, Damas International Limited, Tecom Investments FZ LLC, and Narayana Hrudayalaya Limited, bringing with him over 20 years of national and international regulatory and compliance experience.


Mr. Kumar is a recipient of the Golden Peacock Award for Excellence in Corporate Governance for 2021 and 2024, the CSR Leadership Award at the 8th Edition of Corporate Responsibility Summit & Awards 2023, and was recognized as one of the Top 10 Best Chief Legal Officers in India 2023 by TradeFloc. He is also the Winner of India Business Law Journal’s 2024-25 In House Counsel Awards in Engineering/ Manufacturing (Individual) category.

Under his leadership, Dixon Technologies (India) Limited has also be conferred with POSH Excellence Awards at the POSH Conclave for 2024 & 2025.
